Investigation Critical Value Factors in Business Intelligence System Implementation (Case study: Mazandaran Province Ports and Maritime Administration) A
According to the theoretical principles within organizational issues, business intelligence has been identified as the mixture of the concepts of management, information technology system, and communications, which can be considered as the effective factor of purposeful analysis of business in order to make strategic decisions. the current study investigated significant factors in implementing smart system of business in Ports and Maritime Organization of Mazandaran. As to the related literature, the factors of system quality, information quality, perceived system quality, and perceived information quality were taken into consideration. The present study benefited from survey and crosssectional methodology to address the research objectives. The whole population of the study included 288 employees of Ports and Maritime Organization of Mazandaran. The main sample of the study involved 165 employees who took part in the study. Data analysis was done through structural equation modeling. Standard estimations and significance levels were examined in figuring out the correlation between system quality and information quality and implementing business intelligence, and investigating the meditating effect of perceived information quality on perceived system quality and business intelligence. It was found that there was a small and non-significant relationship among the variables of the study. T value in three equations indicated no positive and significant relationship among the study variables. In three standard estimations, the significance level and T value was more than 1.6, acknowledging correlation and significant relationship among the studied variables.
