The validity of the document to the parties to the transaction, their Surrogate and third parties

The document can be considered as one of the most important and most evidentious proofs of legal litigation, which is still one of the most important evidence of the claim by removing the 1306-1308 Civil Code and extending the scope of the validity of the testimony.
