Investigating the examines the existence or lack of Thermidor in the Islamic Revolution of Iran based on the view of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution
This article examines the existence or lack of “Thermidor” in the Islamic Revolution of Iran with a historical-analytical review of the events of the Islamic Republic from the beginning to four decades later. This debate is rooted in the Supreme Leader's view that the Islamic Revolution will not return to its ideals. In this article, the Supreme Leader's view on the non-occurrence of Thermidor in the Islamic Revolution of Iran has been proposed as a theory, and based on this, the question has been raised how the ideals and values of the Islamic Revolution after forty years of the revolution, continue to live and they have not returned? Examining this issue, it is concluded that the relative stabilization of ideals and values in the political structure of the Islamic Republic has prevented the occurrence of returned in the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
