Abstract:
Purpose

The purpose of this study was to investigate the legal aspects of the right to health in human rights.

Materials and Methods

The research method is descriptive-analytical by collecting resources.

Findings

Health and the right to a healthy life are among the inalienable rights of citizenship, so that one of the main characteristics of an ideal society is to have a good health status. Therefore, considering the importance and position of education in the international human rights system, it can be acknowledged that the enjoyment of other fundamental human rights, such as the right to health and public health in the enjoyment of human rights education will be possible.

Conclusion

Based on the findings, the results showed that the approach of governments regarding public health and its education is right-oriented. Therefore, not paying attention to health education and public health can lead to severe social harm in human societies. Therefore, governments should take advantage of international cooperation to increase their executive capacity to benefit individuals in such communities.
