The religious identity crisis can be considered as one of the challenges of the present age, which has consequences such as apostasy, absurdism, passive personality, internal contradictions and futurism in the individual. Since mothers have a significant role in the religious upbringing of children, in this study, the role of the mother in preventing the crisis of children's religious identity through the collection of library information and descriptiveanalytical method has been used. The author's suggested solution to solve this problem is to cultivate rationality in children. The result is that the mother, by cultivating rationality in giving religious identity to her children, can build the principles of self-esteem, self-control and free thinking in them by increasing their knowledge of existence, in order to gain experience and learning along with critical skills and increase creativity. Provide them with constructive presence in the community based on calculated plans and a comprehensive vision for the future .
