An Investigation of the Effects of Intellectual Ownership on Innovative Performance in Car Industry (Case Study: Saipa Car Manufacturing Corporation)
This study is aimed at investigating the effect of intellectual ownership on innovation performance. This correlational applied research follows a descriptive method. The data is collected by library method and a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research included managers of saipa Corporation. The research samples were selected according to Morgan formula including 66 manager out of all 80 ones. Having confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the normality of the data was assessed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Afterwards, the hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling test and SmartPLS software. The results indicated that intellectual ownership affects positively the product innovation, the process innovation and the general innovation, but does not have a positive effect on organizational innovation.
