Presenting Organizational Silence Failure Model in Banking Industry
The phenomenon of organizational silence is a detrimental process that can waste all organizational efforts and may have different types, such as collective silence in meetings, low levels of participation of procedures and suggestions, low levels of collective voice and similar. The purpose of this paper is to review the dimensions and components of organizational silence by reviewing the literature of the subject and the background of the research. In this research, the research method is descriptive-survey. By examining the theoretical foundations of organizational silence, key components are identified with the opinion of banking industry experts and professors, and then using the granand theory technique, the results of this study can provide a comprehensive view to the researchers in the field of organizational silence and senior managers of the banking industry in defeating this phenomenon.
