This method raised various legal and criminal problems for patient wife which have roots in patient status of life or death. The author firstly believes that doing cryonic does not amount to death, therefore the patient spouse is still his wife. Secondly the wife may based on difficulty in life apply for divorce to court. Thirdly custody of children is the duty of the wife; fourthly the alimony of wife is duty of husband in his property but failure to do so never results in legal complaints; lastly illegal sexual relations of wife is not supposed as adultery.
