Explaining and Ranking the Dimensions of Attractiveness and Promotion of the Employer Brand in Hoteling Industry in Kashan
The concept of employer brand by providing the best picture of an organization aims at influencing the current and future personnel and creating great potential for personnel recruitment. So it can be said that the positive attitude about the employer can be the basis for recruiting and retaining the employees of the organization. Thus, this research will explain and rank the factors influencing employer brand promotion in hoteling industry in Kashan city. This is a descriptive analytical research and its methodology is a field research based on questionnaire. The statistical society includes the personnel of the recreational centers in Kashan. A sample of 165 personnel have been chosen using Cochran formula in a stratified random method.The results of single sample T-test on SPSS Software and also the structured equations modelling in PLS represent that education, scientific abilities, material and non-material facilities, personnel perception of the employer credit in the organization, external factors,the environment, work conditions, the job promotion and job chances at 95% confidence level have a positive and significant effect on the employer brand promotion.
