Investigating the Effective Factors of Transformation in the Field of Organizational Culture in Iranian Education (The Case: Tehran Education)
The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the degree of importance of the effective factors of transformation in the field of organizational culture at the level of education in Tehran. The present study is an applied study that has been conducted in the form of a survey. The time domain of this research is the second half of 1398. The statistical population of the study was the personnel working in education in Tehran that using Cochran's formula and stratified random method, 235 people were selected as the sample size. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was equal to the opinions of experts and its reliability was equal to 0.89 with Cronbach's alpha, which indicates the appropriate reliability of the tool. For data analysis, software (SPSS) and t-test and Friedman tests were used. The results showed that the management support factor with a rank of 3.77 in Tehran education can contribute to the success or failure of the organization by supporting the goals of organizational culture transformation And the participation of employees with a rank of 2.82, will cause the education staff of Tehran to create and strengthen the spirit of collectivism, to achieve the transformation of organizational culture And the organization's Heberi, with a rank of 2.80, will create and promote unity and integration among staff, to provide them with alignment with of transformation in the field of organizational culture.
