Abstract:
Entrepreneurship and its development in rural areas is an important strategy for economic development and overcoming crises such as poverty, unemployment, rural migration and shortage of basic consumer goods. Entrepreneurship development in rural areas has faced many problems because of its limitations such as access to strategic resources, environmental conditions, and changes in cultural structures. But the question is whether the jihadi management approach can offer an optimal model of rural entrepreneurship development? Therefore, this study has identified and explained the dimensions of rural entrepreneurship model development with jihadism management approach. The present study is a qualitative approach based on grounded theory. The focus of research has been on rural entrepreneurship in Semnan province. Sampling was based on purposeful sampling and in-depth semi-structured interviews with 12 experts. Open, axial and selective coding has been used to discover and analyze categories. Findings show that jihadi entrepreneurship includes three components of jihadi spirit, jihadi motivation and jihadi movement as a central category of rural entrepreneurship and the categories of causal, contextual, interventionist, strategic and consequences are in line with jihadi entrepreneurship.
