Identifying and Prioritizing Factors Affecting Employee Performance
The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize the effective factors in evaluating the performance of employees from the perspective of the Chief Justice of Kurdistan Province using the method of hierarchical analysis. This research is applied in terms of purpose and based on descriptive correlational collection method. The statistical population of the study includes all heads of justice in Kurdistan province, 15 people, who due to their small number, the census method was used and then a hierarchical analysis questionnaire was provided to them. Finally, the data were analyzed by Expert Choice 11 software based on AHP method. Findings of the study showed that cooperation with a coefficient of importance of 0.328, initiative with 0.254, leadership with 0.220 and quality of work with 0.198 in the first to fourth ranks are effective factors in evaluating the performance of employees in the judice of Province.
