Predicting job satisfaction of elementary teachers based on Achievement Motivation and spiritual intelligence

Elementary school teachers, compared to other teachers, deal with students who are in a special and sensitive stage of development in terms of physical, moral, social, etc., due to the role and high position of the teacher in the teaching process and Educating students and considering that spirituality, mental health and job satisfaction are inevitable aspects of organizational life among employees. The purpose of this study was to predict the job satisfaction of elementary teachers based on the motivation for development and spiritual intelligence of elementary teachers. The present study was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. The sample size of the study was 322 primary school teachers in District 3 who were randomly selected. The collection tools used in the study included the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, and the Hermans Progress Motivation Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and teachers 'spiritual intelligence and there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and teachers' job satisfaction. it is possible to predict the job satisfaction of primary school teachers based on the motivation for development and spiritual intelligence of primary school teachers in Isfahan.
