An analytical approach to the quality of housing architecture in areas 1 to 3 of Tehran during the years 1357-1397

The main purpose of this study is to assess the quality of housing architecture in Tehran in regions 1 to 3 during the years 1357-1377. The research method is based on descriptive-analytical method and using questionnaire tools and SPSS software to measure the criteria, while using Expert choice software to score and relative weight of each index. In this regard, the research results indicate that, according to the one-sample t-test, the quality of housing architecture during the years 1357-1397 in areas 1 to 3 of Tehran is equal to 3.21 and 2.81, respectively, and indicates that That housing architecture during the years 1379-1379 has had better desirability and satisfaction than the following years, also scoring the quality of housing architecture during the years 1357-1399 equal to 0.648 and during the years 1380-1397 equal to / 187 It has been 0, while the weight of the relative index during the years 1357-1397 in the quality of housing architecture in Tehran is 0.544 and during the years 1380-1397 is equal to 0.254. Therefore, these figures indicate that the quality of residential architecture during the years 1357-1379 has been more appropriate than in recent years.
