Statistical analysis of the role of e-government in improving the implementation of quality export policies of the Ministry of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran by presenting a research model (Case study:Kharg Island Oil Terminal Company)

The present study was conducted with the aim of statistical analysis of the role of e-government in the implementation of quality oil export lines of the Ministry of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kharg Island Oil Terminal Company in 2019. The statistical population in the present study was 1500 employees of Kharg Island Oil Terminal Company, of which 306 people were selected using Morgan table. The research method in this research is based on inferential descriptive.In the present study, a simple random method was used to select the sample. The face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of the supervisor and group professors and experts and using the Delphi technique. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 85%, which indicates the appropriate reliability of the measurement. Findings showed that due to the rapid development of government responsibilities in implementing the policies demanded by society, the use of advanced technologies in the form of e-government, as well as the use of sensitive and binding roles, the success of society in achieving modern models and facilitating and accelerating exports. Oil will be very urgent and effective by government agencies as well as organizations in the private sector, relying on sound statistical analysis and applied indicators. The results also showed that the roles of e-government, e-government and the implementation of quality policy have a very important relationship with the focus on the implementation of quality policy has a positive and significant effect.
