Strategy formulation and prioritization of strategiesTabriz Metropolis Tourism by Using the SWOT and QSPM method

The main objective of this research is to develop strategy and prioritize strategies for sustainable development of metropolitan tourism in Tabriz. This research is descriptive-analytic in terms of applied and in terms of study method. For this purpose, using the obtained data, four dimensions of the SWOT model were determined and based on the obtained results, strategies for different situations were determined and finally using quantitative quantization matrix (QSPM) of each strategy using Multiple components were evaluated and evaluated. The score obtained from the internal factor assessment matrix was 2.53 and the external factors matrix was equal to 2.6. The simultaneous analysis of the internal and external factors matrices showed that the overall situation of Tabriz metropolitan area No. 1 indicated the need for effective use of such a situation, the adoption of aggressive strategies or growth and development (SO) in relation to the development of tourism industry in the metropolis of Tabriz. This quantitative measurement of strategies showed that among the strategies of Tediyon, the need to pay attention to the sustainable tourism planning of Tabriz city (SO7), the emphasis on the development of cultural-historical tourism of the metropolitan city of Tabriz due to the numerous monuments and the relative advantages of this type of tourism (SO5) With the highest score (5.90 and 5.85, respectively) has the most attractiveness and the strategy of establishing coordination between institutions and different sectors of government, the people, entrepreneurs (SO9) with a score of 4.90 have the least attractiveness of growth strategies Be.
