Designing and explaining the dimensions and components affecting the Coach-oriented organization establishment with an organizational learning approach in higher education institutions

Abstract:
Coach-oriented organization establishment is a good method to promotion organizational learning in higher education institutions. The purpose of this current study was to explaining the dimensions and components affecting the Coach-oriented organization establishment with an organizational learning approach in higher education institutions. The methodology was qualitative and the data collection method was Delphi technique. The statistical population included faculty members, heads and deputies of universities in Khorasan province, and 25 people were selected based on purposive sampling (snowball). The dimensions extracted from the theoretical foundations were provided to them in four stages and after confirming the face validity by the experts, the final dimensions and components reached the consensus of experts with Kendall agreement coefficient of 0.792 and its reliability was used using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/89) Confirmed. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software was conducted. Thus, for the Coach-oriented organization establishment variable, 3 dimensions (establishment context, establishment process and analysis levels) with 10 components and for the organizational learning variable, 4 dimensions (elements, process, levels and types of learning) with 17 components were identified. Findings showed that universities, if Coach-oriented organization establishment, have the capacity to become a coach-oriented university and enjoy its benefits at all individual, team and organizational levels.
