Presenting a Model to Promote Organizational Trust in Faculty Members of Islamic Azad University Case: Hormozgan Province
This study aims to provide a model for promoting organizational trust of faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan Province.
The present study was a descriptive survey in terms of quantitative and qualitative data type, and in terms of how to implement and manipulate variables. In the qualitative section, 18 university professors and specialists in higher education of the Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan province were interviewed. In the quantitative section, a sample of 169 faculty members was selected by systematic random sampling method with appropriate allocation from the statistical population of faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan province. The order was 290 people in the 2015-2016 academic year. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The face validity of the questionnaire was assessed and confirmed through experimental implementation and comprehensive literature review and expert judgment, and structural validity was assessed and confirmed through factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient (0.89). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis with the help of SPSS software were used for data analysis and measurement modeling and structural equation modeling using AMOS software were used to present the final research model.
The main finding of the study is a model that showed that to promote organizational trust in Islamic Azad University, four dimensions of management and leadership with a factor load of 0.96, job satisfaction with a factor load of 0.90, personal and individual considerations with a factor load of 0.89 and culture - Construction with a factor load of 0.87 was considered. in addition to; Execution and transfer mechanisms are proposed to implement the proposed model.
The results show that the presentation of the model of promoting organizational trust, all dimensions of organizational trust have a positive and significant relationship with each other, and this means that many parameters and indicators of these aspects operate in a multifaceted manner. It does not seem possible.
