Investigate the effectiveness of performance appraisal based on 360 degree feedback on firm stability with respect to the mediating role of organizational justice
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of performance appraisal based on 360 degree feedback on firm stability with respect to the mediating role of organizational justice.
This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study is the staff of Khorramshahr University of Marine Sciences and Technology. A sample of 202 people based on Cochran's formula formed the participants of this study. A questionnaire was used and its validity was confirmed based on face validity and its reliability was 0.819 based on Cronbach's alpha method. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods for data analyses were calculated by Lisrel8 software.
Finings:
Data analysis showed that 360-degree evaluation has a significant effect on organizational justice (and components of organizational justice) and organizational justice on firm stability. Also, organizational justice (and all components of organizational justice) plays a strong mediating role in the relationship between 360-degree evaluation and corporate sustainability.
According to the findings of this study, managers at any level of management and in any organization should be equipped with the necessary knowledge, insight and skills to optimally manage the organization
