Comprehensive model of organizational performance, following the conceptual triangle of infrastructure (with a review of the precedence of Islamic views on recent theories of knowledge management)

Subject of the article: Investigating and explaining the relationship between knowledge management actors - according to the hadith of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) corresponding to Newman and Conrad conceptual model - with organizational performance and mediation of organizational structure, hypertext and strategic human resource management techniques in the organizational mechanism of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. As a multi-service institution and requires knowledge orientation and the purpose is to determine and explain the relationship between the conceptual triangle of infrastructure and the function under study while a correct and borrowed theoretical lens for the conceptual model with the explanatory feature of organizational human rehabilitation. The research method is descriptive and survey type and is considered as a development in the general category of quantitative research and for the additional dimension of the model. According to the sampling principles in the analysis of structural models that are tested by the partial least squares method, 260 subjects were selected for data collection. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with confirmed reliability and validity. The results show that significant causal relationships between knowledge management arguments, hypertext organizational structure, human resource management techniques and organizational performance adapted to nonprofits are established and the need to design and implement an organizational mechanism resulting from the current model is a prescriptive result of these results. It can be used as a source of study and action in organizations with a tendency to provide comprehensive services to achieve excellence.
