The authors put forward two basic hypotheses to explain the sustainability impact of municipal revenue sources on urban viability. The first hypothesis is that the sustainability of the municipality's financial resources and revenues appear to have an impact on the livelihoods of Semnan; the second hypothesis is that it currently seems to have the largest share of Semnan municipality financing through unstable financial resources and income.
