Investigating the role of the educational instructor commander in increasing the morale of students (Case study: Imam Hussein University of Officers and Guards Training)
The instructor commander plays an important role in educating the young and promising generation and should consider himself responsible so that he can better penetrate the hearts and minds of the forces under his command and increase the inner enthusiasm and readiness of members of military units to volunteer for various missions and stubbornly confront any threat. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of training commanders in increasing the morale of students of Imam Hussein (AS) Guards Training University. This research is applied in terms of purpose and the research method is descriptive survey and in the section of collecting information about the role of educational commanders in increasing students' morale, using the library method and referring to existing documents, a questionnaire with influential people and using the researcher's experience the required information has been collected. Findings show that the independent variables of spirituality, scientific vigor and physical readiness can explain 2/64 of the dependence on morale. Among the independent variables included in the regression process, the variables of spirituality (. /318) percent and academic strength (. /482) percent had an effect on students 'morale and physical readiness variable (./.74) percent had no effect on students' morale.
