Title: The effect of social responsibility reporting on company credit rating
Corporate social responsibility and reporting of related activities has been growing in recent years and has become commonplace. Corporate social responsibility reporting is related to the economic, ethical, social and environmental aspects of the company. On the other hand, we know that the high credit rating of the company attracts capital and attracts investors' trust, and by comparing their credit risk, it makes their decisions easier. Therefore, the present study seeks to investigate the effect of social responsibility reporting on the company's credit rating. Although several studies have been conducted on social responsibility reporting, but researchers have not studied the effect of reporting in this area on the company's credit rating and the effect of reporting on credit rating in Iran has not received much attention. The present study uses a documentary method and a descriptive approach to investigate the effect of social responsibility reporting on the company's credit rating. Research findings show that social responsibility reporting can be considered as a qualitative feature for the company and even an innovative tool that will affect the credit rating of the company.
