Design of strategic management dashboards with QFD approach, Case study of the National Iranian Oil Company

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for designing management dashboards. For this purpose, the exploratory mixed research method has been used. The statistical population of the qualitative section included 40 articles out of 452 articles related to the period 2005 to 2020, and the Meta-Synthetizing method was used to present a model with a QFD approach for designing management dashboards. In order to validate the qualitative model, the fuzzy Delphi technique was used. The statistical population at this stage was 18managers and experts in the field of management and 12 experts in the field of IT. The model consisting of 4 dimensions, 12components and 111 indicators. We used the QFD and SAW fuzzy technique, and the dashboard quality house was created in the NIOC. In this section, the statistical population of the research was 14 managers of the company and 10 IT specialists.
