Investigating the effect of ethical value system on entrepreneurial university

Value system is considered as the most central belief of a person that influences his ways, goals and behaviors. This study aimed to determine the effect of ethical value system on entrepreneurial university in order to present a model in Islamic Azad universities of Golestan province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey method that has been done with a mixed approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes ten university experts selected by purposeful sampling. The statistical sample in the quantitative section included 241 faculty members of Islamic Azad universities in Golestan province selected by simple random sampling. Research data were collected from library study and field method. The research instruments were a researcher-made questionnaire made by the Ethical Value System and the questionnaire of Gibb Entrepreneurial University. The face and content validity of the instruments were confirmed by academic experts in the fields of management, psychology and educational planning and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the ethical value system questionnaire 0.92 and the entrepreneurial university 0.93. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the ethical value system and the entrepreneurial university based on the coefficients of the load factor (0.660) and the calculated t-value (19.134) and the proposed model has a suitable fit. According to the research results, it is suggested that the officials of the entrepreneurial university pay more attention to the ethical value system in order to better advance their goals.
