The Relationship between Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing Capability(Case Study: PNU of Kermanshah Province )
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing Capability.
The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research consists of 380 employees of PNU of Kermanshah Province which 191 people were selected using Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 3 faculty members, and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha for professional ethics, organizational spirituality and creativity of staff was 81%, 78% and 75%, respectively.
The results of linear regression and step-by-step regression at the level of 95% indicated that Islamic Work Ethics with Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables (0.666) and Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.557) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.677) have a positive and significant relationship. On the other hand, the results of the research showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is related to Islamic Work Ethics and Knowledge Sharing Capability of mediators (0.717). In this research, a structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model of the research.
The results indicated that the fitting (RMSEA = 0.044 and CFI = 0.94) was desirable for the model and therefore presented as an empirical model. So the relevant Department should pay close attention to the role of Islamic Work Ethics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in increasing Knowledge Sharing Capability.
