Conservation of genetic reserves in HSE field and its role in sustainable development

Nowadays, it is clear that biotechnology is the solution of many problems of human societies in different fields, especially medicine, agriculture, environment, climatology and archeology and this technology has been able to accelerate the development process in this research and scientific fields in some countries. But the first step and the basic condition for using it in the development process is to identify and evaluate problems and needs and then setting research priorities in different scientific fields. Considering that the culture of every nation needs to be preserved and protected, the use of the biological sciences in its recognition and preservation is essential. Preserving cultural values as recognizing the historical identity of each nation is one of the issues that must be considered in each country and it is one of the main priorities of the relevant institutions. One of the cultural issues is bone (animal or human) remains found in historical sites by archaeologists. Identifying and preserving them is very important for identifying and authenticating a part of the ethnicity of a set, which identifying their genetic profiles is a basic step. Determination of DNA patterns in this issue can increase the information on the genetics of human populations and can show the genetic diversity among ethnicities, their geographical distributions, and so on using detrmination of DNA patterns. Sustainable development is a development that meets the current human needs without compromising the ability of the future to meet their needs. Because of the extension of concept of sustainable development, many different definitions have been proposed.
