Investigating The Factors Affecting The Quality Of Work Life And Its Impact On Organizational Productivity With The Walton Model (Case Study: Islamic Azad University, Karaj Branch)

Investigating the effect of quality of work life on increasing the productivity of employees is an new strategy to ensure that employees perform their activities to increase the productivity of the organization. Statistically, this study to investigate the factors affecting the quality of work life and its impact on organizational productivity with the Walton model consists of all employees of the Islamic Azad University, Karaj Branch, which includes 700 people. Georgia Morgan, a sample of 248 people, was distributed for the distribution of the questionnaire, of which 203 questionnaires were returned. Data were collected through a questionnaire depending on the five-point Likert scale and by direct reference to employees and in a self-report method. For data analysis and model validation, structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis. (CFA) and AMOS and SPSS software are used. The results of the path analysis were based on the fact that after confirming the model, the relationship between variables in the model was examined and the results showed that the model of quality of work life from Walton's perspective has a positive effect on variables of commitment (loyalty) and satisfaction. The factor as a whole has a positive effect on the productivity variable.
