Abstract:

This article shows that the protection and promotion of human rights is effective in establishing peace in the world, and consequently peace is effective in further support and strengthening of human rights, so that peace can not be achieved without the protection and promotion of human rights, and without the establishment of peace. Achieved support and promotion of human rights. Accordingly, an overview of the history of the United Nations shows that gradually, since the formation of this organization, this organization has also developed the concept of peace from the mere meaning of preventing war to human rights and its values, including development, justice, Freedom and other human rights values ​​have moved on. This article shows that the international community has gradually come to the conclusion that peace is seriously related to human rights and that without it, peace cannot be achieved. This conclusion also confirms the theory of just peace and its superiority as an explanatory and prescriptive theory in international relations.
