Categorization and Prioritization of Critical Success Factors of Knowledge-Based Companies Using Q Method

Today, one of the strategic issues in Iran is to provide a platform for the use of knowledge, the passage of oil economy and the leap in production. The knowledge-based economy has been reflected in the words of the country's elders for many years, including the Supreme Leader and upstream documents. The component of the movement towards the production leap of knowledge-based companies. The aim of this study was to identify the critical success factors of knowledge-based companies using Q method and the research discourse space includes three areas of upstream articles and documents, speeches of elders and in-depth interviews with experts in the field of knowledge-based companies. As a result of this study, 237 factors were identified, which were reduced to 74 factors to confirm the validity and reliability of the findings. The validity of the findings was confirmed by referring to experts again and the reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.81. The next step was the Q1 forced selection table by 111 experts, and during the analysis of these tables through factor loading, eight perspectives including strategic approach, attitude to infrastructure and investment and financial activities, research and development attitude, interest attitude Productivity and product improvement aspects, attitudes toward marketing and customer orientation and branding, attitudes toward legal issues and intellectual property, attitudes toward leadership and manager characteristics, attitudes toward human resources were identified.
