The role of talent management in the quality of law enforcement services - a case study of Karaj city
One of the effective tools of human resources is paying attention to talent management, which creates a proper mechanism, creates a two-way commitment between management and the organization, which may lead to improving the quality of law enforcement services. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of talent management on the quality of law enforcement services in Karaj.
The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population of this study was 146 bachelor's and master's degree officers and heads of police stations in Karaj city, from which 106 people were selected randomly using Morgan table. Correlation coefficient and regression tests were used to analyze the data.
The results showed that in the talent management variable, the highest mean is related to talent retention and talent selection and the highest average in the dimension of service quality is related to reliability indicators and tangible physical evidence. The results also showed that the dimensions of talent management significantly improve the quality of law enforcement services (P 05 0.05).
The results of the research indicate the need to discover the existing talents in the Karaj police command and use them optimally to provide desirable services to citizens.</span></span>
