Factors affecting the job performance of law enforcement officers of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Job performance is an organizational and institutional action and refers to the concept of productivity and effectiveness or job outcome in an organization. Organizational job performance is influenced by job norms, internal and external group capital, organizational trust and social relations in a set and its effects are creativity, innovation and organizational prosperity. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to explain the factors affecting the job performance of law enforcement officers of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The method of conducting research is meta-analysis - quantitative. The purpose of this method is to integrate, systematically review and standardize studies conducted in a particular field of research. The statistical population is 43 studies in which 32 samples of research documents were selected with the aim of combining and identifying the extent of its impact.
The analytical findings of the study indicate that the job performance of NAJA employees as the main dependent variable is influenced by organizational, moral, occupational, psychological, social capital factors and in total these variables have been able to (Effect size = 0.297, Z = 48.485) And sig = 0.000) explain the job performance of NAJA staff.
Based on the findings, it can be concluded that improving the job performance of staff and manpower in the police force under the influence of the six components can help to improve and develop the institutional set of the police.
