Investigating the relationship between social responsibility professional commitment and corporate financial performance
The importance and necessity of paying attention to corporate social responsibility in today's world and new business spaces, requires that the leaders and managers of organizations and large companies that are active and effective in global markets or emerging markets, a kind of balance between social sectors. Create their own economic and environmental business. . The aim of this study was to determine the study of social responsibility professional commitment with the performance of companies; In which 011 cases were selected from 091 active producing companies in Tehran Stock Exchange using simple random sampling method and Morgan table. After completing the mentioned questionnaires, the multivariate regression method was analyzed in software. The results show the ethical dimensions of corporate responsibility; The environmental dimension, the strategic dimension of the company and the dimension of business behavior have a significant effect on the rate of return on assets. On the other hand, the existence of a significant negative relationship between the ethical principles of social responsibility and financial performance between companies can have various reasons. Most importantly, companies are unable to translate better social performance into better financial performance.
