The purpose of the present study was the effect of teacher's professional ethics on academic motivation and self-confidence of elementary school students in Qaimshahr city from the perspective of parents. The statistical population of this research consists of 065 elementary school teachers in Qaimshahr city. The data collection tool is Dehghan's 05-question work ethic questionnaire (1521), Wallerand et al.'s 15-question academic motivation questionnaire (2991), and Chen and Yang's (1556) 21-question self-confidence questionnaire. All three questionnaires have high validity and reliability, and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 5991 and 5911, respectively. In order to describe the findings, frequency tables and bar graphs are used. In addition, in order to better describe the data, central indicators such as mean and mode as well as dispersion indicators such as standard deviation will be used. In order to investigate the research questions in order to reach the answers to the research objectives, statistical methods including Kolmogorov Smirnov test and linear regression model will be used in SPSS 12 software. The results of this investigation showed that the relationship between teacher's professional ethics It has an effect on the academic motivation and self-confidence of the elementary school students of Qaimshahr city from the parents' point of view.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of benevolent leadership on job satisfaction with regard to the mediating role of perceived organizational support of Qaimshahr governorate employees. This applied research was a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research included 170 employees of Qaimshahr governorate, who were selected by simple random method with a sample size of 118 using Cochran sampling. The data collection tool is Eisenberger et al.'s standard questionnaire of perceived organizational support (1986), Karkas and Sarglou's standard benevolent leadership questionnaire (2012), Milliman's standard career plateau questionnaire (1993). All three questionnaires have high validity and reliability, and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.96, 0.93 and 0.89, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics techniques (frequency distribution tables, bar graphs and mean and standard deviation), and inferential statistics (Klomgorov Smirnov test and structural equation model test) were used in AMOS22 software. The results of this study showed that benevolent leadership has an effect on job satisfaction, considering the mediating role of the perceived organizational support of Qaimshahr governorate employees.

The aim of the present study was the impact of e-commerce on green supply chain management with regard to the mediating role of green innovation in Valiasr Hospital (AS) Qaimshahr city. This applied research was a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research consists of 2311 employees of Valiasr Hospital (AS) in Qaimshahr city. The data collection tool is the 23-question questionnaire of Sabze Seman et al. (3123), the 21-question questionnaire of Sabze Ali Beigi (3122), and the 32-question questionnaire of Azizi's e-commerce (3121). All three questionnaires have high validity and reliability, and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 19.2-19.. and 19.0, respectively. In order to describe the findings, frequency tables and bar graphs are used. In addition, in order to better describe the data, central indices such as mean and mode were used as well as dispersion indices such as standard deviation. In order to investigate the research questions in order to reach the answers of the research objectives, statistical methods such as the Kolmogorov Smironov test and the structural equation model were used in the AMOS32 software. The results of this study showed that the relationship between e-commerce has an impact on green supply chain management, considering the mediating role of green innovation in Valiasr Hospital (AS) Qaimshahr city.
