Knowledge smartening in government organization

Knowledge as an organizational asset is becoming more and more important to organizations. Advances in technology and the use of different tools to acquire and apply knowledge lead organizations to become smarter. Organizations that can keep pace with technological advances and gain the required knowledge are able to increase their competitive advantage over other organizations. In this article, with a look at the concept of artificial intelligence, we examine the basic principles of knowledge required in its process of being intelligent. According to these principles and ethical and law-based approaches in the principles of artificial intelligence, the creation of an intelligent knowledge base as well as the principles of implementing artificial intelligence in the organization are examined and some frameworks of artificial intelligence are introduced.
