Validation of the National Knowledge Assets Measurement Model

The aim of this study was to validate the national knowledge asset measurement model.

From the perspective of purpose, the validation of the national knowledge asset measurement model is in its current form and no control, interference or capture by the researcher in the data or observation environment was applied. Therefore, the model used was descriptive. The statistical population included employees of public and private sector organizations in Tehran who had more than 10 years of experience and were known as experts in the field due to their professional, educational and organizational backgrounds. Sampling was done by simple random method.

In order to assess the validity of the national knowledge asset model, after evaluating the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha and Kappa-Flies test to ensure the consensus of respondents, the validity and reliability of the relationship between the components of the model using factor and soft analysis. LISREL software was tested.

Considering the high level of consensus of the respondents, and the values ​​of the factor load obtained for the components and indicators of the national knowledge asset measurement model, it can be stated that this model has a high structural validity and good validity. For use in the private and public sectors.
