Green management strategies in higher education institutions based on general environmental policies

Today, following the increase of concerns caused by environmental pollution, higher education institutions as one of the main axes of sustainable development has been required to accept the principles of green management in all its educational, research and service matters. Accordingly, in this case, in order to find the necessary strategies to achieve the goals of general environmental policies in Iranian higher education institutions, the experiences and attitudes of experts from the fields of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Ministry of Energy, and Environment Organization were studied. This research is "Practical-developmental" in terms of research purpose, "exploratory" in terms of result, "qualitative" in terms of method, and "single-sectional" in terms of time horizon, with an emphasis on 15 semi-structured interviews in which participants Targeted face and snowball were selected until theoretical saturation was achieved. The results of the process of continuous comparison, open and centralized coding of collected data, identification and counting of introversion and extroversion strategies with a green approach, reorganization of university operations, development of green educational and research opportunities, strengthening the culture of green thinking and Shows the development of green technology. Lincoln and Guba proposed methods were used to ensure the validity of the data and to ensure the accuracy of the findings to measure the reliability and validity of the research.
