Studing of effective indicators on citizenship identity and its promotion strategies in tehran (case study: municipality of District 3in tehran)
Research objective:
This paper examines the effective indicators on citizenship identity and promotion strategies that will be discussed in Tehran. The most important follow – up question is how the role of ( Social, individual and collective ) identity, trust to Authority, a sense of belonging and the common origin of duties of citizens be effective in promoting citizenship? And what are their strategies?
To achieve these goals , concept of citizenship identity , ideas and theories of different thinkers of Iran and over the word has been studied and expressed.
This research is based on four hypothesis through Descriptive – Analytical method and questionnaire technique , sample size to 384 citizens of 3 municipal district of Tehran is done.
Women vs. men aim the common origin of duties of citizens more important (50% vs. 44.8 %) .A sense of belonging among women is more than men ( 50% women vs. 46.5 % men). But the trust to authority among men is more than women (31.8% vs. 25.3%). Also the expression of individual and collective identity among men is higher than women ( 28.7% vs. 27.2%).
Average of (Social, individual and collective) identity, trust to authority, a sense of belonging and the common origin of duties of citizens among men and women are same. Also among Master Degree group, trust is more important than Associate Degree group. A sense of belonging is more among Diploma Degree group than Bachelor Degree group. All ages group are same in a sense of belonging . Trust to authority is more important than sense of belonging and it is more important than the common origin of duties of citizens.
