Abstract:

As a micro - decision unit, neighborhoods are now speaking less frequently in decisions made by the authorities, and this is if they form the main core of cities in their neighbourhoods. making decisions about neighborhoods is something that has to take into account the rights of its citizens and make changes if people want to apply. A neighborhood can be the site of different ethnic communities and from different cultures that can be encouraged to participate and decision - making in their neighborhood through the same training. in this paper, we try to address the principles of the central neighborhood of participation with descriptive method to provide the results of this discussion about neighborhoods and training citizen participation. according to the aforementioned literature, it can be concluded that in the central neighborhood at first you had to see trust, efficiency, participation and justice in city authorities to be able to benefit from training for citizens to manage their neighborhood and participate in decisions.
