In the twentieth century , information and communication technology has rapidly spread across the globe and has affected many aspects of human life so that it is impossible to imagine an activity without information technology.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of using information technology on increasing decision making among Sepah Bank managers.

applied in terms of purpose and application in terms of the nature and method of descriptive survey. the research is a correlation type. Two questionnaires were used to collect information about the information technology and decision-making qualityrespectively. The statistical population of the study consisted of all sepah bank managers in the city of Tehran, which equals to 700 people. Cronbach's alpha the study also came in at over 0.7 . with Cochran formula, 260 individuals were selected as samples. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Results using SPSS software and structural equations using SmartPLS software .
