Investigating the effect of using social media on Company performance in the construction industry
This study aims to model the impact of using social networks on company performance in the construction industry. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. Also, based on the information collected from companies active in the construction industry based in Iran, it measures the impact of social networks on business performance. Therefore, the opinions of 67 randomly selected people active in the construction industry were collected in the form of a questionnaire. Using the structural equation modeling method, the relationship between social networks and business performance was extracted. In summary, based on the obtained results, there is a significant relationship between the use of social networks with business performance and awareness was identified as the most important factor in the use of social networks, followed by customer relationship management, experience sharing and Consumer supply was next in importance, but the market research factor in the analysis of structural equations was removed. Among the performance measures of the company, the most important measure to examine the performance of the company was the company's profit.
