Studying the Relationship between Organizational climate and Job burnout of Baharestan High School Teachers during Educational
All departments, including Department of Education, have its own organizational climate. This climate should be compatible with employees\' believes; otherwise, it leads to department .inefficiency and finally job burnout. This study has been done to check out \"the relationship between organizational climate and job burnout of Baharestan high school teachers during educational year 2019- 2020 The statistical population in the study includes all Baharestan teachers (around 130 teachers) during educational year 2013-2014. Statistical sample size was indicated by 92 teachers through random sampling. For gathering data, organizational climate questionnaire of Sussman and Deep (1989) and job burnout questionnaire of Maslach and Jackson (1981) was used. The type of study was “correlating”. The obtained data was analyzed by SPSS software. Results showed: - Generally, there is NOT meaningful relationship between organizational climate and job burnout of Baharestan high school teachers. There is NOT meaningful relationship between dimensions of: objectives\' compatibility and transparency, compatibility and transparency of roles, satisfaction and procedures compatibility, satisfaction and procedures compatibility, years of experience and job burnout. There IS meaningful relationship between dimensions of: satisfactions of rewards, effectiveness of relationship, and job burnout. There is NOT meaningful difference between job burnout and sexuality.
