nvestigating the Factors Affecting the Sustainability of Sports Businesses with an Islamic Approach

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the sustainability of sports businesses with an Islamic approach. The present study was a cross-sectional study that was performed qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population of this study includes all managers of sport businesses in Tehran with 1500 businesses. Based on this, 306 managers of these businesses were selected as sample of research. The research instrument consisted of semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Interpretive structural modeling and structural equations were used to analyze the data of the present study. The whole process of analysis analysis was performed using SPSS 20 and PLS 2 software. The results of the present study showed that eight general factors were identified that included government policies, legal protections, cultural enrichment, personal aspects, religious issues, expert human resources, efficient training and managerial practices. The results of the present study also showed that the research model has a good fit.
