Abstract:

Work ethics is an important aspect of an organization's culture and goes hand in hand with becoming part of an organization's strategy. The purpose of this descriptive-correlational study was to investigate the relationship between work ethic and happiness with the mediating role of job attachment in the managers of preschool centers in Mashhad. Randomized sample was selected and answered standard Oxford Happiness Questionnaires, Gregory's work ethic, and Canongo's job attachment.Statistical analysis of data using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation showed a strong and significant positive relationship between work ethic and its components with job happiness and attachment. Also, there was a strong positive significant relationship between the two variables of happiness and its components with job attachment. The analysis of the statistical findings of the study showed that job attachment cannot play a mediating role in the relationship between work ethics and happiness.
