Ranking the Factors of Optimal Dreaming Formation of Sport Organization Managers Using Combined Approach DEMITEL and Network Analysis

Describe the ranking factors for the desirable dreaming of sports organization managers using Combined Approach DEMITEL and Network Analysis. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the study consisted of elites in the field of research. For this purpose, 13 individuals were selected as the sample of the study by purposeful sampling method. These individuals were examined in qualitative and quantitative sections. The research tools were researcher-made questionnaire and semi- structured interview. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated according to the experts' opinion. The reliability of the questionnaire was also assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.83). In the quantitative analysis part of the research, the DEMTEL method as well as the network analysis method were used. All the research data analysis process was performed in Superdeicision software. The results showed that eight factors were identified including appropriate targeting, visualization power, emotion control, environmental recognition, mastery of rules, values and standards, operationalization of goals, recognition of new opportunities and management capability. The results also showed that the dominance of rules, values and standards with weight of 0.223 was identified as the most important factor in the desirable dreaming of sports organization managers
