Structural pattern of relationships between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with job performance
The purpose of this study is to design a structural model of the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with job performance of employees of sports and youth departments in Kermanshah province. The research method is descriptive-correlational and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study includes all managers and employees of sports and youth departments of Kermanshah province in 140 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the whole population was selected as a statistical sample. Data collection tools are Wiesinger (1998) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Amram (2008) Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire and 15 Patterson (1970) Job Performance Questionnaire. In this study, the face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by 10 sports management specialists. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, its internal consistency with the help of Smart-Pls software Cronbach's alpha coefficient for different factors of the questionnaire were 0.81, / 84, respectively. , Was calculated to be 0.80. Structural equation model and Smart-Pls software were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that according to the path coefficient of 0.70 and T value of 31.643, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant relationship with each other. Also, according to the path coefficient of 0.78 and the value of T 044.048, it was concluded that spiritual intelligence and job performance have a positive and significant relationship with each other, on the other hand, the results showed that emotional intelligence according to The path coefficient of 0.70 indirectly affects job performance.
