Tourism Development Strategies in Tehran based on Regional Competitiveness Identity through Metaswat Method

Today, cities are considered one of the main tourist destinations for tourists, and tour planners, and therefore, cities such as Tehran as the national capital with many attractions need to plan a way to develop urban tourism as a guide and urban tourism. Or it can be used as a strategic tool to enhance sustainable development of cities. The development of urban tourism or "road tourism" can be developed as a tool for sustainable urban development. This method has been used in a quantitative-analytical way and the data collection method and the required data have been culled in the form of ideas and surveys (of the type based on brainstorming interviews). The analytical technique of Meta-Swat has been used for comparative analysis; fuzzy rankings were performed with fuzzy and subsequently comparative methods and the results of the two methods were analyzed comparatively.
