A Pattern of Establishing Knowledge Management in the Education Organization in mazandaran province
The purpose of this study was to present a model for establishing a knowledge management system in the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province.
Qualitative research was conducted by meta-combination and systematic review. A systematic search during the years (2000 to 2019) for foreign articles and the years (2011-2011) for internal articles in databases, 152 articles were found, which in the evaluation process, finally, 14 articles were approved for template development. To evaluate the validity of meta-composition, the critical evaluation tool (CASP) was used and to measure the reliability of the Kappa Cohen index. Data analysis was performed using Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) seven-step model.
By studying these articles, 50 codes and 11 components including senior management support, organizational culture, human resource management, organizational infrastructure, technological infrastructure, technological capabilities, empowerment, knowledge management processes, strategies and goals, motivators Knowledge motivators and knowledge architecture were identified. In a small part, the hyper-combined output provided the necessary content to design the questionnaire and was provided to the experts in three rounds, and the "Delphi" process continued until the analysis reached theoretical saturation.
Based on the research findings, the model of establishing a knowledge management system in the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province was presented so that the organization's management can rely on superior knowledge to make more sensible decisions on important issues and improve knowledge-based practices.
