Innovations in Managing Hospital Preparedness for Natural Disasters
The aim of this study was to identify the key factors influencing innovation in hospital preparedness management for dealing with natural disasters. In this regard, first of all, the factors affecting organizational innovation, which are mentioned in various internal and external researches, are extracted and after deletion of joint factors and integration of similar factors, the factor is classified into three categories of functional safety assessment measures, evaluation criteria Non-sanitary safety and structural safety assessment criteria were selected as final factors. These factors were ranked after interviewing the experts and using the hierarchical analysis process, and eventually, the top three were selected in each group and presented as the final model. To test the model, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among 750 supervisors and nurses in three hospitals in Tehran. The results of data analysis showed that functional safety assessment measures have the most relationship with innovation. In the next step, non-occupational safety assessment and structural safety assessment criteria had the highest correlation with innovative behavior. At the end of the model, a researcher made in this area is presented and its details are described.
