The Relationship between Cultural Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and learning Strategies with Self-efficacy In Students of Islamic Azad University Omidiyeh Branch

Abstract:


The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence with self-efficacy in students of Islamic Azad University of Omidiyeh Branch. A sample of 317 students was selected using stratified random sampling. In this study, three questionnaires cultural intelligence Earley and Ang, King's spiritual intelligence of 24 questions and general self-efficacy scale have been used. This study was a correlational analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple correlation coefficient which have been done simultaneously and step by step separately with the significance level of α=0.05. The results revealed that the cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a meaningful relationship with self-efficacy as the significance level of P<0.0001. The spiritual intelligence predicts the self-efficacy positively meaningful. The regression analysis also showed that the variable spiritual intelligence was as predictor of self-efficacy in students.
